Where do you ship to?
I am currently shipping within Canada; due to the uncertain tariff situation, shipping to the U.S.A. is temporarily on hold.
All orders are mailed with non-tracked postage to keep costs low.
Your item is sold out! Can you add more?
It depends? I usually do a run of 50 per item; once that lot has sold, it’s likely done. (Unless it’s a super-popular design, I may do limited variants.)
I never got my shipment!
Do you give refunds?
No refunds, as most of the money… goes to charity? If your order arrives damaged, please contact me for a replacement.
I’m having issues with Ko-fi (shop host) and/or PayPal - can you help?

Do you do private commissions?
Sorry, not currently.
Can I resell your items?
If you have a brick and mortar store and would like to be a stockist, contact me! Otherwise, no.
Can I reuse your art?
Obviously no.

If it is not directly linked from my main site (elainehsu.ca) it is absolutely NOT! Please contact me if you come across art dupes or thievery <3
